A little bit about our company

For too long, capability has been invisible because no system was built to verify it. Degrees verify time served. CVs verify what people claim. Interviews verify how people perform under pressure. None of them verifies what actually matters: whether someone can do the work.

AI has made this urgent.

When anyone can generate a polished CV, a confident portfolio, or a structured analysis in seconds, the signals that hiring and credentialing systems have always relied on collapse entirely. The gap between what someone appears to be able to do and what they can actually do has never been wider — or harder to close without a fundamentally new kind of verification. Employers cannot trust what they read. Capable professionals cannot prove what they know. The system is broken in both directions simultaneously.

Hourze was built to fix that.

We are a capability verification platform — a proving ground where professionals demonstrate how they think, defend their reasoning under live AI interrogation, and earn verifiable proof they own. Not a course. Not a certificate. Proof — that travels with you, compounds over time, and means something to the people who need to trust it.

We built Hourze because the founder lived the problem. From Lagos to Global Design Leader, through Flutterwave, Wise, and Ledger — without a traditional credential validating any of it at the time. The signal didn't exist. It does now.

The vision is larger than hiring. A verified Proof Score is the beginning of a new kind of professional identity — one that opens employment, unlocks contracts, and at scale becomes the underwriting signal for financial access that credentials have always gatekept. We are building the infrastructure of proof for 3.6 billion workers who have earned more than any system has been able to recognise.
