Important:
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (e.g. health, political views). Please do not include this in submissions.

Enforce our Terms of Use and protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access.

Important
We do not use your data for fully automated decisions that have legal or significant effects. AI evaluations are guidance tools, not binding decisions.
Hourze uses AI-supported systems to evaluate submissions.
When you submit work:

We minimise the use of direct identifiers wherever possible

We do not sell your personal data.

Deleted accounts: permanently removed within 30 days

Support records: up to 3 years
Anonymised data may be retained longer as it no longer identifies you.

Hourze operates from the United Kingdom.
If data is transferred internationally, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g. contractual protections), and ensure compliance with applicable laws
